The research was descriptive, with a comparative descriptive design. The available sample consisted 80 students, who were administered the Test of metalinguistic skills (THM) Gomez, Valero, Buades and Perez (1995) adapted by Panca (2000). When processing the results found that most of the students in the sample were at the advanced level. The analysis of the scores showed that in most subs test administered to children no significant differences in the use of phonological awareness.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoCondiciones laborales y desempeño profesional de las docentes de educación inicial Red N° 10 Región - Callao 2009(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2010) Corbacho Cueva, María del Rosario; Flores Valdiviezo, Hernán GerardoThe purpose of the research is to describe the working conditions of early childhood education teachers, considering its setting, the classroom, in the dimensions infraestructure, media, materials, training, profesional development, and how they influence performance. The metodology is quantitive and descriptive. We applied a form of observation to measure each variable in the sample of 34 professors at the N° 10 Red Callao Region. The infraestructure does not meet the specification for the level according to the regulations it was observed that the furniture is heterogeneous. the most classrooms lack the means and materials because the state does not allocate resources t meet educational needs. The teachers have a proffesional degree, and different working hours for refresher courses, attend training courses annuality. The research will provide the diagnosis, to give priority to the design of educational policies and a budget necessary, s as to ensure an improvement continuous working conditions, and attention to early childhood, referred to in national and international agreements.

The sample were 48 students male and female whose ages were 4 years 0 months – 4 years 11 month old that belonged to the morning shift of a preschool in Carmen de la Legua y Reynoso. The Test of Psychomotor Development (TEPSI) was used, adapted by Aguinaga and Aguinaga (2011). The results showed that the highest percentage of students is at a normal level, the psychomotor development is according to their chronological age.

The sample were 80 students male and female. The Test of Psychomotor Development (TEPSI) of the authors Haeussler and Marchant (1994) adapted by Aguinaga and Aguinaga (2011), assessing the overall level of psychomotor development and dimensions of motor, coordination and language, was used. The results showed that most of students rated an average level in their general psychomotor in each of its dimensions.

It was simple descriptive study. The sample consisted of 101 parents from these Pre Scholar Institutions, who have fulfilled the survey to parents to assess teaching performance of the directors that are also classroom teachers. The survey was elaborated by the author and adapted from the “Marco para la buena enseñanza de Chile”. The results revealed that parents perceive that the teacher who is also head of the institution has an excellent teaching performance.

In order to collect the data, it was used the leadership style questionnaire (CELID - A) of Morales - Molero, which reflects the typology presented by Bernard Bass, which considers three types of leadership styles. This test allows testers to get a score for each of the three styles and dimensions involved. The population sample considered 237 teachers, who belong to 34 educational institutions. After the study, the results showed that most of the preschool level teachers use the laissez faire and transactional style.

The comparative descriptive research was conducted with a sample available that consisted of 100 students from five years of an educational institution of Fence- Callao. Test was applied pre calculus Milicic and Schmidt (1995), which assesses math skills through ten dimensions. It was concluded that there are no differences in the abilities of pre calculus students by gender in five years of starting school.

The sample was formed by a group of 70 children studied classroom 5 three State institutions and a group of 50 children of PRONOEI three modules. To measure the metalinguistic skills for reading it I use Test THM Gómez and Valero. To make the comparison of both groups are the results confirm that if there are differences significant. It was also observed to 37.5% of children studying in schools ranked in the middle tier in the test compared to 15% of children studying in PRONOEI.

The participants were 120 children from low socioeconomic level, which were randomly selected. The instrument applied was The Scale of Assessment of Social Skills in Childhood, (Paula, 2000), by the proposed teaching staff. Results showed that they exist in children levels low of basic social skills, of social interaction, initiation of social interaction skills and conversational skills, ability to cooperate and share, selfaffirmation and skills in the skills related to the emotions and feelings the level is under the level equivalent medium.

Type a descriptive correlation design and the sample consisted of 28 teachers who were administered the Job Satisfaction Scale (SL - SPC) and the Inventory of Emotional Intelligence ICE - BarOn; standardized by Nelly Ugarriza in Peru. The result of study shows that there is a low positive correlation 0.255 between the two variables, however in the analysis of the sub domains of emotional intelligence was found that both empathy and reality testing are significantly related to level job satisfaction.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoInteligencias múltiples percibidas por las docentes de los estudiantes de cinco años de la Red 01 Región Callao(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2012) Ipanaqué Moreno, María Carmen Rosa; Rojas del Águila, Mery; Álvarez Taco, Carmen LeniThe aim of this study was to describe the multiple intelligences in students 5 years of educational institutions of the network 01 of Callao, measured with the scale of observation of Multiple Intelligences (Walls, 1999), in dimensions linguistic intelligence, logical mathematical , spatial, kinesthetic, musical, interpersonal and intrapersonal. The research design used was descriptive simple. As the sample 100 students from preschool 52 men, 48 women and 5 teachers. The results show that children of five are properly developed linguistic intelligence and a low development of other intelligences. Other important findings are that children manifest early on insufficient development of logical-mathematical intelligence. In the initial level curriculum is not developing efficient spatial, kinesthetic and musical areas despite being an important part of this level.

One hundred forty-nine fourth-grade public high-school students from Callao participated in the sample. Their ages varied from fourteen to nineteen years old. The questionnaire about Academic goals from Núñez, Gonzáles-Pienda, Gonzáles-Pumariega, García and Roces (1977), adapted by Solís (2010), and the Motivational components in the area of English by Alarcón (2005), adapted by Solís (2010), were used during this evaluation. The result of the research revealed a low and negative correlation between both variables. Moreover, the psychometric data from the adaption of both questionaires displayed valid and reliable tests.

Were assessed with the oral language tesr revised Navarra (2004), Aguinaga, Armentia, Fraile,Olangua and Uriz , adapted for Metropolitan Lima for Dioses (2006) and adapted for Callao in the dimension form Quezada (2010) . The results show that there is a low level of oral language in the dimensions mentioned.

The test called the scale of teacher resilience (ER-D) was designed from the six factors that construct resilience at school proposed by Henderson and Milstein. With 71 items the pilot test was administered to 710 public school teachers in Callao Region and submitted to a study to determine its reliability and construct validation. It was concluded that yes there are significant differences in the levels of resilience among teachers of initial, primary and secondary and that the ER-D is a valid and reliable instrument to measure resilience in teachers. It also showed that teachers of initial are more resilient than others.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoNiveles del Síndrome de Burnout en profesoras de educación inicial sector Callao(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2012) Soto Carrillo, Rosa Gladys; Valdivia Escobedo, Norka Rosario; Meza Borja, Juan AnibalThe purpose of this descriptive research was to determine the level of burnout syndrome in early childhood education teachers Callao area, dimensions: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment. The sample was available 153 teachers formed public educational institutions of the initial level of Callao, the instrument used was the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) Maslach & Jackson 1981/1986). The emotional exhaustion scores were 73.9% in the low, 18.3% in the average and 7.8% in the high level, 83% in depersonalization is in the low, 10.5% in the middle and the 6.5% in high, low personal accomplishment in 11.1% level is low, at 28.1% on average and 60.8% in the high level. The teachers of Callao apparently have low levels of burnout.

We evaluated a sample of 100 children whose average age was five. Test was applied for classification and seriation contained in the test battery FORCAB Operative, Training Cognitive-Affective Basic Structures. Reategui, Whose, Espinoza and Gutierrez (1977). The results showed differences between students from state school versus private only in the placement test, but not in the serialization for students of the private institution.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoPercepción del liderazgo del director y desempeño laboral de las docentes en cuatro instituciones educativas públicas del nivel inicial en el Callao(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2012) Rodríguez Zamora, María Carmela; Bustamante Guerrero, Gilberto IndalecioThe current job of correlation descriptive type had the goal to relate the teachers´ perception between management leadership and job performance of teachers in four public educational institutions from initial level schools in Callao. The type available non-probabilistic sample was integrated for 50 teachers. A survey was developed to determine the management leadership level and a remark record to determine the teacher work performance level. These instruments were evaluated obtaining an acceptable validity and reliability (by expert opinion and 98 ** 97 **) and a Cronbach's alpha of 0.97 ** and 848 **). It is important to mention the correlation among directive leadership and work and participation motivation dimension. However, there is not a significant correlation between the directive leadership and the responsibility dimension. The final conclusion was than a good directive leadership entail a good teacher performance and improve the education quality.

The research is a correlational type. The study sample was applied a 45 teachers. The questionnaire was also applied to 205 parents to know their opinion to teacher performance of their teachers, a questionnaire to each variable of Likert scale. Whose data processing has allowed get the following results: -General level there is a relationship (0.537) significant between institutional climate and teachers performance. -Especific level there is a high relationship (0.504) and significant between institutional behavior in organizational capacity (0.448) in institutional dynamics (0.524).
