We applied two instruments: the social behavior scale Meneses, adapted by Zamudio (2009) and the Inventory of emotional intelligence, Baron ICE: NA Ugarriza and adapted by Pajares (2005). Research applied descriptive correlational design. The results showed the existence of association between the two variables, students were observed inappropriate behavior, which would be associated with the low level of development of emotional intelligence. The dimensions friendship and group participation, shyness, negativity and selfishness and rivalry and litigation social behavior observed significant association regarding emotional intelligence.

A questionnaire was adapted for determine the perception of teachers regarding leadership styles of their managers, it has been validated by experts and has 0.956 reliability with Cronbach's alpha. The sample was 102 teachers chosen so stratified probability. The results show the prevalence of authoritarian leadership style in managers in these educational institutions, followed style and style liberal democracy. This mostly means that the author assumes the in a vertical direction, decisions are made individually, there are orders to be fulfilled and not takes into account the views and ideas of staff full.

Their design is of descriptive simple type, the sample that you employment was constituted by 119 professors of educational institutions that have the level of secondary education, The evaluation instrument it was the Questionnaire of Styles of Leadership of Castro (2004). You has arrived to the following results: The predominant leadership in the educational institutions is the transactional leadership with an average of 3.22; Laissez faire leadership in educational institutions occupies a low presence with an average of 2.01; the leadership transformacional is the one that I occupy less level in the scale in the educational institutions with an average of 2.51, being concluded that the predominant styles of leadership are the transformacional and the transactional one, and some directive practice the leadership Laissez Faire.

The investigation was conducted under the descriptive methodology. The sample is composed of 41 teachers, taken for study variables director leadership styles democratic, authoritarian, laissez faire and pedagogical skills, emotional, accountable performance of their job functions, relationships and results of educational work. For data collection a questionnaire was applied to other leadership styles and teacherperformance and validated. The reliability of the instrument of leadership styles coefficient obtained de.945 * Global Alpha, the teacher performance instrument obtained a Cronbach coefficient of 0.956. The results show that a (51.22%) of teachersare fairly in line with the democratic style and the responsibilities in the performance of his duties (41.4%) is in the middle. We conclude that the democratic leadership style director increases teacher participation in school activities.

La hipótesis es, una relación entre el estilo de liderazgo de los maestros y el desempeño de los maestros. La determinación del tamaño de muestra de 280 estudiantes, una población de 1019, que se les administró dos encuestas. La metodología fue, de correlación cruzada descriptiva. Los resultados revelaron ninguna relación entre el estilo de liderazgo de los maestros y su desempeño docente, por lo tanto, demuestra la relación positiva entre ambas variables. Esto sugiere que el estilo de liderazgo de los maestros ha influido positivamente en su rendimiento académico. También existe una correlación positiva y significativa entre la puntuación en el liderazgo docente como dimensión democrática de puntuación de rendimiento, es decir, más democrática de liderazgo mayor desempeño de los maestros.

Aimed to determine the correlation between teaching strategies and solving mathematical problems as perceived by the fourth grade students of an educational institution of Ventanilla. The sample used was not random about availability, comprised of 120 children ranging in age from 8 to 10 years. The instruments used were the Questionnaire on the perception of teaching strategies in the curriculum area of mathematics and the Test of solving mathematical problems (Ministry of Education, validated and adapted by Cherres, 2011). The results showed that there is a low positive relationship between teaching strategies in all its dimensions and the ability to solve mathematical problems, as perceived by the students of the fourth grade of primary education in a public school of Ventanilla.

Was based on a descriptive correlational design. About 253 students both sexes. between 10 to 13 years old were assessed through suveys regarding social skills and tutoring perception. Both surveys were created for research purpose and met the criteria of validity and reliability. The process shows the audit objectives and hypotheses in general. The results confirm that there is a statistically significant correlation between the two variables.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoInteligencias múltiples percibidas por las docentes de los estudiantes de cinco años de la Red 01 Región Callao(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2012) Ipanaqué Moreno, María Carmen Rosa; Rojas del Águila, Mery; Álvarez Taco, Carmen LeniThe aim of this study was to describe the multiple intelligences in students 5 years of educational institutions of the network 01 of Callao, measured with the scale of observation of Multiple Intelligences (Walls, 1999), in dimensions linguistic intelligence, logical mathematical , spatial, kinesthetic, musical, interpersonal and intrapersonal. The research design used was descriptive simple. As the sample 100 students from preschool 52 men, 48 women and 5 teachers. The results show that children of five are properly developed linguistic intelligence and a low development of other intelligences. Other important findings are that children manifest early on insufficient development of logical-mathematical intelligence. In the initial level curriculum is not developing efficient spatial, kinesthetic and musical areas despite being an important part of this level.

The type of research is descriptive and the not experimental design of descriptive type. The sample was of 403 students and 20 professors. We used a questionnaire on the curriculum plan elaborated by Calderon (2002) in the three dimensions. The results in relation to the courses, the average of the results of the test applied to the students think agree that they are structured and integrated sufficiently to achieve a formation in teaching and research of high quality as like as the programming of academic activities and the courses of investigative training. Also the average of the results of the test applied to the professors they agree totally with the structured courses, the programming of the academic activities and the courses of investigative training.

The sample consisted of students in fifth grade of primary school, educational institution of the Callao Region. The study was a descriptive correlational design. The instruments were applied in the study were: a questionnaire to determine teacher performance and evaluation aimed to measure academic performance (Alfredo Fow y Nelson Zavala, 2010). There is a moderate perception of the poor teaching skills, decision making, communication skills and personal characteristics. The vast majority of students demonstrate sufficient in academic performance in the area of mathematics. There is a moderate relationship between the positive and significant teaching skills, communication skills, of decision making and personal characteristics of teachers.

The nonrandom sample available type consisted of 63 students from 6 to 9 years. Questionnaire was used for teacher performance, Valdés (2004), adapted by the researcher from the perceptions of students, valid (972 **) and reliability (.775 **) acceptable, and to measure performance were recorded mathematician grades earned in a math test of the Ministry of Education. The research results demonstrate the existence of a significant relationship (r = 0.684 **) between perceived teacher performance with its dimensions: efficiency, educational process, decision making, methodological guidelines and mathematical performance variable.

It is a descriptive type of a plan correlative and it applied in one of 50 teachers of secondary land 160 students of fourth and fifth grade of the same level, the instruments. That we applied the were two questionnaires for each variable and the stadistics results maintain demostrate that exists a significant relation between the clime institutional and the performance teacching of our technical educative institution Villa los Reyes of Ventanilla for the development of this present we applied the exam of Spearman and the figures of dispersion.
