El diseño aplicado es descriptivo simple. La medición de la variable se realizó en base al instrumento TQM adaptado al Perú, por el Doctor Francisco Farro Custodio de autoevaluación de la gestión de calidad. El tipo de muestra es no probabilística y disponible. En la presente investigación participaron 4 directivos, 27 docentes, 5 administrativos y de servicios, 108 estudiantes y 90 padres de familia al aplicar del programa SPSS, se encontró que el nivel de calidad alcanzado es insatisfactorio.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoAutoevaluación de una institución educativa de la Región Callao(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2012) Campos Malpartida, Leonor Aurea; Velarde Consoli, Esther MarizaEl propósito de esta investigación descriptiva, de hacer evidente el nivel que alcanza la calidad educativa a través de la autoevaluación de una institución de la región Callao – 2012. La muestra estuvo representada por 271 unidades entre directivos, docentes, personal administrativo, estudiantes y padres de familia. Se utilizó 5 cuestionarios el modelo de la calidad total; elaborada en México y adaptado en el Perú el 2010, que consta de ocho dimensiones. De los resultados destacan: que según la opinión de los docentes, la dimensión liderazgo se encuentra en nivel malo y según la opinión de los padres de familia, las dimensiones: la información – conocimiento y procesos, se encuentra en nivel malo. Se concluye que según opinión de los agentes, el nivel de calidad de la institución educativa en términos generales se encuentra en un nivel regular.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoEstilos de liderazgo del director según percepción docente y autoevaluación del desempeño docente en una institución de Ventanilla(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2012) Idone Cochachi, Teodora Máxima; Meza Borja, Juan AnibalThe present investigation was to determine leadership styles as director and teacher perceptions of teacher performance self-assessment in an educational institution of Ventanilla. The investigation was conducted under the descriptive methodology. The sample is composed of 41 teachers, taken for study variables director leadership styles democratic, authoritarian, laissez faire and pedagogical skills, emotional, accountable performance of their job functions, relationships and results of educational work. For data collection a questionnaire was applied to other leadership styles and teacherperformance and validated. The reliability of the instrument of leadership styles coefficient obtained de.945 * Global Alpha, the teacher performance instrument obtained a Cronbach coefficient of 0.956. The results show that a (51.22%) of teachersare fairly in line with the democratic style and the responsibilities in the performance of his duties (41.4%) is in the middle. We conclude that the democratic leadership style director increases teacher participation in school activities.

The type of study is descriptive research design is correlational. The sample consisted of 100 students from fifth grade of a public educational institution of Callao. The parental educational styles were assessed with the Perceive parental competence scale version of children, whose authors are Agustín Bayot Mestre, Hernandez Viadel, Hervias Arquero, Sanchez Rubio, Velarde Martinez and the self esteem with the Self esteem scale whose author is Eagly. While performing the correlation analysis it was found a significant relationship between the dimensions of the parental educational styles and the self esteem.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoEstudio sobre el autoconcepto de los alumnos del 1ero. de secundaria de una I.E. del distrito de Ventanilla(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2010) Medina Coronado, Daniela; Altez Rodríguez, Irma SusanaThe aim of this research was to describe the self concept of first year high school students in a Ventanilla’s school. 150 subjects were taken for the sample, 75 male students and 75 female students. Their ages were between 11 to 15 years old. The results obtained by the Self-Concept Questionnaire in the school of Andrés García, show that most students surveyed have a high average and general self-concept, it appears that socio-economic factor that comes from the sample has not affected their self-concept of. We also found that males have a better emotional self-concept than females. While women had higher levels on the social dimension. There was no difference in the physical dimension with respect to gender.

The non-probabilistic sample consisted of sixty-six primary school teachers belonging to the classroom teaching innovation. We designed an instrument adapted from a guide Microsift computer materials and software evaluation module ILCE education. Among the most striking findings are: teachers, managers and administrative staff are partially integrating the use of educational software in their teaching work. Teachers consider relevant educational software in motivation as a key factor to achieve learning, the evaluation with the use of computing resources as a fundamental aspect to make timely decisions about teaching and learning processes and as a means of organization in the educational institutions of Callao.
