- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoDesempeño docente en una institución educativa policial de la Región Callao(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2012) Juárez Echevarria, Angélica; Bustamante Guerrero, Gilberto IndalecioThe research is descriptive simple with a non experimental cross sought to determine the performance level of secondary teachers according the teachers, the students and the vice- principal in an Educational Police Institution in Callao Region -2009. The sample selection is nonrandom. Three instruments were applied developed by Ministry of education of Peru, adapted by the author and validated by experts using V Aiken with a high level of validity and reliability, designed for 22 teachers from the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Education and APAFA, for 150 students and for the vice- principal. Three dimensions are measured; they are educational work planning, management of teaching and learning process and professional responsibilities. The results disclose a good performance as teachers with 59, 1%, students with 73, 3% and the vice principal with 59, 1%. Concluding there is a high tendency to have good levels of performance.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoDesempeño docente y rendimiento académico en matemática de los alumnos de una institución educativa de Ventanilla - Callao(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2012) Monrroy Almonte, Margot; Meza Borja, Juan AnibalThis research is not experimental and correlational descriptive design aims to meet the educational performance and its relationship to academic performance of students in a school of Ventanilla - Callao, with a population sample of 94 students, aged between 11 and 13. A survey and a test of academic achievement in the area of mathematics, proceeding with the collection of data for the interpretation thereof. The results of research on teacher performance determine that there is a trend of regular level; addition, academic performance in mathematics was also prone to regular level. With respect to the relationship we found a positive correlation between student achievement and teacher performance components. We also found significant difference between the average teacher performance by levels of academic performance.

The sample consisted of 30 mothers and their children from 2 years old, as instruments were used scale Roth the relationship between styles mother and son and Masías aggressive behaviors log, adapted to the age of the children in the sample. The most important results indicate that the majority of mothers have high levels in acceptance and overprotection and lower levels of indulgence and denial, also a third part of children in the sample reported high levels of aggressive behavior. The study found no association between maternal attitudes and aggressive behavior of children.
