- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoNivel de desempeño en aula de docentes que participaron y no participaron en el programa de capacitación convenio UNE - Callao(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2010) Cárdenas Olaguibel, Gabriela Dora; Flores Valdiviezo, Hernán GerardoResearch on the level of performance of teachers and non-participants in the Teacher Training Program in Master Agreement UNE - Callao Region took place in public educational institutions in Callao district. The analysis focuses on the evaluation of teaching performance in the classroom in order to verify the training received through master agreements on free and if the evidence of a change in classroom performance. The comparative study - descriptive purposive sample was taken from the database of teachers graduated from the first and second master's training agreement at the National University of Education Enrique Guzmán y Valle. A sample of 66 teachers from four schools in the district of 7Callao worked with four instruments and compared the results of the professors in the classroom. In this regard the evidence showed that no significant differences between those who participated and those who did not. It is necessary to review the programs offered by the Region, verify their achievements through a monitoring to an assessment of achievements, meet the skills and knowledge of our children and youth. Region's investment in education should be evident in substantial changes from teacher training, to implementation in the classroom.

We applied the ACL to the sample made of 457 students to 4to. Primary grade, the results show that most of these students reach a low level in reading comprehension. They reach an average level in literal dimension; however, they reach very low in reorganizational dimension and low in inferential and critical dimension, most of the male students present a higher level than female. We conclude that the students should improve the more complex dimensions of reading comprehension to strengthen their learning.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoNiveles de comprensión lectora en alumnos del quinto grado de primaria de una institución educativa de Bellavista - Callao(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2012) Vega Vásquez, César Hugo; Bustamante Guerrero, Gilberto IndalecioThe investigation of not experimental type used a descriptive simple design, which intention was identified the levels of reading comprehension in the students of 5to degree of primary of an educational institution of the district of Bellavista - Callao. It was considered to be a sample not probabilística of 85 pupils. The categories of qualification are established for the variable reading comprehension, as well as his four dimensions which were evaluated by a test of reading comprehension ACL5 of Catalá, Catalá, Catalá, Molina and Monclús (2001) adapted by the author (2009). The results demonstrated that the literal dimension evaluated in the sample presents a low range in 52,9 %, the dimension inferencial evaluated is low in 49,4 %, the dimension criterial with an average range of 35,3 % and the capacity of reorganization of reading comprehension is low in 71,8 % of consulted subjects. In the general evaluation of the reading comprehension the index of approval presents an average range of 68,2 % of the sample.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoNiveles de comprensión lectora según género en estudiantes de sexto grado de primaria de una I.E. del Callao(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2010) Luque Mamani, Carmen Rosa; Robles Mori, HerbertThe purpose of the research is to determine the levels of the reading comprehension in boys and girls from sixth grade of a primary school from Callao. For this research it has been used the descriptive method. The sample, according to the no probabilistic criterion was formed by 42 boys and 42 girls, which were evaluated with the test of reading comprehension ACL6 created by Gloria Catala, Mireia Catala, Encarna Molina and Rosa Monclus, adapted by Ortega and Ramirez(2010). Taking into consideration the global performance, it was observed that a 54% of the students showed a low level of reading comprehension. To compare the differences between genre, it was used the statistics of Mann-Whitney. The obtained results showed that the boys present better levels of reorganization, inference and criteria of reading comprehension in front of the girls; in the literal level it was not observed differences between genres.

The sample comprised 100 students, 50 girls and 50 boys in the 5th grade educational institutions of Callao. The ACL5 º (Catala et al 2001) testwas applied adapted (Gomez, 2009). The results showed that 10% of boys and 16% of girls are at a very low level, 22% of boys and 30% of girls are at a low level, 44% of boys and 30% of girls are moderately low, 22% of boys and 18% of girls are within normal limits, the high level was reached by only 2% of boys and 6% of girls. The data show low performance in reading comprehension. In addition, we determined that there are no significant differences in levels of reading comprehension by gender.

To this effect was applied to a sample of 60 subjects chosen intentionally, Emotional Intelligence Inventory - EQ-I BarOn an adequate standardized and adapted to Peru for Ugarriza (2001).It is reported that the vast majority of teachers has adequate level of emotional l (96.7%) and only 3.3% have a better level, low. As for the intrapersonal component is observed that 86.7% of teachers are at the right level, followed by 10% which is in the level “ to improve” and only 3.3% were found at the “highly developed” is say, the majority of teachers have developed the emotional understanding of himself. Most teachers (91.7)are at the appropriate level for the mood component, the 8.3% level is “ to improve”. Most teachers have skills to be satisfied with life.

Were assessed with the oral language tesr revised Navarra (2004), Aguinaga, Armentia, Fraile,Olangua and Uriz , adapted for Metropolitan Lima for Dioses (2006) and adapted for Callao in the dimension form Quezada (2010) . The results show that there is a low level of oral language in the dimensions mentioned.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoNiveles de resiliencia en los docentes de primaria de las instituciones públicas de Ventanilla y Callao(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2012) López Hidalgo, Iris Violeta; Bustamante Guerrero, Gilberto IndalecioThis comparative descriptive research aimed to compare resilience among the teachers from Ventanilla and Callao districts. The sample 286 teachers (152 from Callao and 134 from Ventanilla) of both sexes and whose labor condition were to be permanent and temporary teachers. A Resilience scale for teachers (ER-D) was applied to evaluate four factors: significant participation, self- esteen and learning, prosocial behavior and supporting perception. After processing the results, we came across to the conclusion that significant differences do not exist in the levels of resilience between the elementary school teachers of Ventanilla and Callao. Regarding the factors of significant participation, pro-social behavior and perception of support, do not exist significant differences between the teachers of both districts either. On the other hand, talking about self-esteem and learning, there are significant differences in favour of teachers of Ventanilla.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoNiveles del lenguaje oral en niños de cuatro años en instituciones educativas de la Red N° 5, distrito Callao(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2010) Caycho Torres, Ana Isabel; Meza Borja, Juan AnibalThe purpose of this research is to know the level of the 4 years old students' oral language in educational institutions of the Red District No. 5 in Callao. The descriptive research is simple. Participants were 94 girls and 95 boys randomly selected. We administered the Oral Language Test of Navarra - Revised and adapted to our reality for purposes of the investigation. The results showed that 63.0% of students achieved the normal level, while 13.2% achieved a delay level and 23.8% of the students were in intermediate level and. In the results, there were not significant differences between the level of language and gender ofstudents. In conclusion, the majority of students are placed at the normal level of oral language.

- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoOrganización perceptiva y escritura cursiva en primer grado de primaria de tres instituciones educativas del Callao(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2012) Vizcarra Figueroa, Cristina del Rosario; Álvarez Taco, Carmen LeniThis descriptive correlational research aims to determine the relationship between perceptual organization and quality calligraphic cursive writing of the first grade primary students of three public schools in Callao. The sample were 112 students (57 girls and 55 boys) aged 6 years. To measure perceptual organization the Santucci (1978) test of perceptual organization was applied, and the Condemarin and Chadwick exploratory writing test (1982) was administerd to measure quality calligraphic cursive writing. The result showed that there is a relationship between perceptual organization and cursive writing in its 3 dimensions: normal speedy of execution, rapid speed of execution and quality of copy. It was concluded that the greater perceptual organization, the better performance in the quality calligraphic cursive writing.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoPensamiento crítico en estudiantes de quinto de secundaria de los colegios de Carmen de La Legua Callao(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2012) Milla Virhuez, Milagros Rosario; Bustamante Guerrero, Gilberto IndalecioThe present investigation is descriptive of simple design and aims at describing the critical thinking of the fifth grade students of Carmen de la Legua schools. The sample was made of 226 people whose ages ranked 14 -17 years. We use the test for critical thinking elaborated for this investigation. The results show that most of the students of the sample reach an average level of critical thinking. Most of the students rated an average level in the dimensions analyzes information and makes inferences while in the dimension proposes alternatives and arguments position, most of them rated low level. Gender does not constitute a factor for significant differences of critical thinking. Nevertheless, we did find differences according to the schools management for students of religious schools rate, the private schools show slight advantage over public schools.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoPercepción de la comunidad sobre la calidad del servicio de una institución educativa de Ventanilla - Callao(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2012) Valera Gálvez, Jorge Luis; Bustamante Guerrero, Gilberto IndalecioEsta investigación de tipo no experimental y diseño descriptivo simple tuvo como propósito describir la calidad del servicio en el nivel secundario de una institución educativa de Ventanilla – Callao desde la percepción de la comunidad educativa conformada por docentes, padres de familia y estudiantes. Se aplicó una encuesta de calidad de servicio validada por juicio de expertos – V de AIken y con una confiabilidad de α de cronbach = .951 para los padres de familia, α de cronbach = .968 para los docentes y α de cronbach = .936 para los alumnos. Sus dimensiones en estudio fueron: institucional, administrativa, pedagógica y comunitaria. La muestra estuvo constituida por 43 docentes, 293 alumnos de los cinco grados del nivel secundario y 165 padres de familia. Se llegó a la conclusión que desde la percepción de los docentes, alumnos y padres de familia la calidad del servicio educativo es de nivel medio.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoLa percepción del clima de aula en estudiantes de educación secundaria de una institución educativa del Callao(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2010) Rosales Marengo, Fernando Félix; Díaz Ubillus, ElisaLa investigación busca determinar el clima de aula de la Institución Educativa PNP ―Juan Linares Rojas‖ de Secundaria -2009, es de tipo descriptivo transversal, cuya muestra de estudio lo conforman 150 estudiantes entre hombres y mujeres del primer año al quinto año de educación secundaria; la selección fue probabilística y se aplicó un cuestionario para estudiantes – Escala SES, se miden cuatro dimensiones: contexto imaginativo, Impersonal, regulativo, instruccional. Los resultados comprueban que existen diferencias estadísticamente significativas entre los contextos de clima de aula, siendo el mejor percibido el contexto regulativo con el 48%, altamente significativo. Se sugiere que las investigaciones futuras se encaminen al entorno de los estudiantes en metodología.

The participants were 230 primary students, male and female from fourth, fifth, and sixth grade. A questionnaire to evaluate school climate in elementary school was applied. Proposed by Gutierrez (2007) adapted by Castro (2011), this questionnaire was validated by judges criterion and had a high coefficient of reliability. The results show that the students from fourth, fifth and sixth grade of an Educational Institution of Callao presented in an intermediate School climate perception.

So many high schoolteacher from different schools of Ventanilla Ugel N°1, take in mind that if many principal ore able to manage correctly the the school that they were. Besides this simple study was based on the information that teachers found, about 206 teachers help in this resource from this jurisdiction. Furthermore teachers made a questionnaire. A questionnaire was used by Mr. Castro ; Mr. Nader and Mr. Casullo (2004) and was adaptable by Miss. Escandon; Miss. Montalvo; Miss. Tamaris in 2009, as a result this showed us 3 types of leadership, for instance transformational, transactional and Laisser Faire. the test allows us to get the punctuation, in each style and their respective magnitude Meanwhile the result that we got, told we that many teachers think that principals have the laissez fair style and and forme principals practice the transaccional leadership.

Bravo`s ( 1979 ) questionary for learning disabilities was applied to 85 children. The results shows that the evaluated dimensions such as receptive information ,attention , and memory mistakes on writing and math mistakes most of the students are in an intermediate level . The main point is that a significant group of 42% of students are in a higher level . Also it was evaluated how fast they can learn mathematics and language according to the teaching perception students are in an intermediate level 74 % and the intelligence capacity is high 84% according to the teaching perception.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoPraxis democrática de los docentes en las instituciones educativas públicas de educación básica regular de Márquez - Callao(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2010) Morillo Flores, John Janel; Flores Valdiviezo, Hernán GerardoThe present research tries to describe, to analyze and to establish the level of democratic practice of the teachers in the Educational public Institutions of basic regular education of Márquez – Callao; it means, how the educators compromise themselves with the democracy in the educational institution where they work, considering that they are the principal forming agent and model of life for his pupils. The instrument was designed by the author, measured the democratic practice of a population of 54 teachers: their conscious and reflexive exercise of the values of the democracy (incorporation, participation, freedom, tolerance, equality, criticidad, responsibility and justice) described and defined in the theoretical frame. The instrument was applied to 22 teachers (40, 7 % of the population) and 188 pupils, (9, 4 % of the population) these think about the democratic practice of the first ones. After processing the information and have done credit the triangulation it is concluded that the level of democratic practice of the teachers is favorable.

Regarding the research design this study corresponds to a comparative descriptive study. The instrument used Battery 3 Psychology assessment Garcia, Gonzales and Garcia. (2010). Test was applied to a sample comprised of 152 students, where results indicate that there is significant difference in the cognitive process of perceptual organization.
