In order to collect the data, it was used the leadership style questionnaire (CELID - A) of Morales - Molero, which reflects the typology presented by Bernard Bass, which considers three types of leadership styles. This test allows testers to get a score for each of the three styles and dimensions involved. The population sample considered 237 teachers, who belong to 34 educational institutions. After the study, the results showed that most of the preschool level teachers use the laissez faire and transactional style.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoEstilos de aprendizaje en dos instituciones educativas públicas del distrito de Ventanilla(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2010) Franco Díaz, Blanca Rosa; Robles Mori, HerbertThe present investigation has for aim describe and compare the styles of predominant learnings in the teachers of two educational public institutions of Window, with a population - sample of 56 teachers, with ages between 30 and 62 years. There was applied the Questionnaire of Styles of Honey-Alonso's Learning (CHAEA), they proceeding with the compilation of the information for the interpretation of the same ones. The results of the investigation determine that in the teachers of both institutions it predominates over the style of reflexive learning with 58.93 % whereas the style of minor predominance is the assets with a 1.79 %. Regarding the comparison of the results in both institutions distinguishes that significant differences exist only in the style of reflexive learning, since a punctuation Or Mann Whitney of 259.5 has been obtained being this significant value to .05. Respectively.

We used a sample of 211 students in the fifth year of secondary education Educational Institution Villa Los Reyes - Callao. The methodology was descriptive and correlational design. The results show that the active learning style and academic achievement in the field of English there is a negative correlation, while learning styles reflective, pragmatic and theoretical no correlation with academic achievement in the area of English.

Their design is of descriptive simple type, the sample that you employment was constituted by 119 professors of educational institutions that have the level of secondary education, The evaluation instrument it was the Questionnaire of Styles of Leadership of Castro (2004). You has arrived to the following results: The predominant leadership in the educational institutions is the transactional leadership with an average of 3.22; Laissez faire leadership in educational institutions occupies a low presence with an average of 2.01; the leadership transformacional is the one that I occupy less level in the scale in the educational institutions with an average of 2.51, being concluded that the predominant styles of leadership are the transformacional and the transactional one, and some directive practice the leadership Laissez Faire.

In this research was the purpose to establish the relationship between institutional environment and teacher performance at 4021 school in Ventanilla - Callao. It is a descriptive correlational research design and the data collection instrument was the questionnaire it was aimed to teachers and students of secondary level, considering it the numeral measurement. The research sample consisted of 184 students and 33 teachers. After processing, interpretation and analysis of statistical data set was found that a good institutional environment is an influential factor for good teaching performance is well that appreciated different points of view which teachers and students who do not share the idea of asserting that there is a significant and positive relationship between institutional environment and teacher performance at 4021 school in Ventanilla - Callao.
