The research is descriptive correlational study with a quantitative approach and a non-experimental design. The research variables are factors of management and comprehensive training process. The samples are 38 teachers of the school, is a questionnaire of 93 questions to each participant. From the results states that there are significant correlations between variables and their respective dimensions. The conclusion reached was that it complies with the general hypothesis that tells us most decisive factors in the management, which contribute to the process of training. Being the most significant factors two relationships. The relationship of planning and curriculum structure with 0769, the relationship organization and teaching methods with 0717. We consider significant expense.

N° 87 Callao 2009(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2010) Castillo Vásquez, Verónica Dalila; Flores Valdiviezo, Hernán GerardoThis research presents a descriptive correlational study to determine the relationship between the leadership style of the director and job performance of teachers in the Educational Institution Home Santa Rosa No. 87. The sample included a total of 110 parents randomly chosen from the classrooms of children ages 3, 4 and 5 years of age and 11 teachers who work in the institution. A first survey was administered to parents to know their perception about the leadership style of the director and the job performance of teachers. After a second survey was applied to the teachers to know the style of lesdership they perceived of the director. Finally third self-assessment survey their performance. The results revealed that there is not relationship between the leadership style of the director and job performance of teachers. These results are discussed in the context of the investigation.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoLiderazgo directivo y desempeño docente en el nivel secundario de una institución educativa de Ventanilla - Callao(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2010) Reyes Flores, Nilo Teófilo; Bustamante Guerrero, Gilberto IndalecioLa investigación tiene como propósito principal determinar la relación que existe entre los estilos de liderazgo directivo y el desempeño docente en el nivel secundario de una institución educativa de la Región Callao en el distrito de Ventanilla durante el año 2009. Tanto la encuesta sobre liderazgo directivo como la ficha de evaluación del desempeño docente fueron aplicados sobre toda la población conformada por 40 profesores, sin criterios de exclusión. Se obtuvieron como resultados la no correlación entre los aspectos estudiados y se concluye que el desempeño docente está vinculado a diversos factores, tales como: clima organizacional, cultura escolar, situación económica, etc., y que la percepción del liderazgo ejercido por el director es sólo un aspecto más. Se incluye un análisis descriptivo comparativo con los aspectos sociodemográficos considerados, tales como edad, género, estado civil, tiempo de servicios, área de enseñanza y otros.

The sample consisted of 238 students of the Fourth and Fifth Grade Secondary Education. We designed a Likert survey to assess the variables and their respective dimensions, validated by experts and reliability for internal consistency by Cronbach alpha coefficient. The variables presented normal distribution. The methodology is descriptive correlational design at the basic level, using the parametric Pearson correlation. The result was that there is direct, strong and highly significant relationship between leadership and school life. (r =0.853 / sig = 0.00).

The variables investigated were Transformational Leadership and Organizational Environment (dimensions institutional identity, interpersonal relations and institutional dynamics.) The research was descriptive and correlational design. We worked with a population consisting of 103 teachers, managing instruments transformational leadership scales of Segovia (2001), and the scale of organizational climate of Berrocal (2006), possessing both the validity and reliability tools appropriate to the context worked.The study showed findings allowed to conclude the existence of significant correlation between transformational leadership and organizational environment and dimensions, institutional identity, interpersonal relations and institutional dynamics of organizational environment to a significance level of 0.001.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoLa gestión del currículo diversificado en dos instituciones educativas de Ventanilla, Región Callao(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2010) Jaramillo Castillo, Raúl; Díaz Ubillus, ElisaThis simple research descriptive report of diagnosis tries to determine how the diversified management curriculum is being performed in “Nuestra Señora de Belén” and “Consorcio Educativo AVHALDIM S.A.” secondary educational institutions according to the design, development and curriculum evaluation, all them as to the diversification of competences, skills, knowledge and attitudes, components of the National CurriculumDesign (DCN). The study was done in 2009; the sample was represented by 83 teachers, selected in a intentional way. Questionnaire was applied with the technique of the survey. The results report that the diversified management curriculums in both educational institutions are being held in the correct way. This means that the curricular management diversification considers the design, development and curriculum evaluation, constituting the teacher’s pedagogical work in a systematic way to the needs and interests of the students coherent to the National Curriculum Design DCN, regional and local orientation.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoEstilos de liderazgo de directores de instituciones educativas según percepción de docentes de la Red N° 2 - Distrito de Ventanilla - Callao(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2010) Juárez Campos, Roberto Carlos; Rimari Arias, Miguel ÁngelThe descriptive research conducted in teachers of educational institutions Francisco Bolognesi", "Villa Los Reyes", "Pedro Planas Silva" and "Fe and Joy" from the RED No. 2 District Ventanilla Callao region. A questionnaire was adapted for determine the perception of teachers regarding leadership styles of their managers, it has been validated by experts and has 0.956 reliability with Cronbach's alpha. The sample was 102 teachers chosen so stratified probability. The results show the prevalence of authoritarian leadership style in managers in these educational institutions, followed style and style liberal democracy. This mostly means that the author assumes the in a vertical direction, decisions are made individually, there are orders to be fulfilled and not takes into account the views and ideas of staff full.

In this research was the purpose to establish the relationship between institutional environment and teacher performance at 4021 school in Ventanilla - Callao. It is a descriptive correlational research design and the data collection instrument was the questionnaire it was aimed to teachers and students of secondary level, considering it the numeral measurement. The research sample consisted of 184 students and 33 teachers. After processing, interpretation and analysis of statistical data set was found that a good institutional environment is an influential factor for good teaching performance is well that appreciated different points of view which teachers and students who do not share the idea of asserting that there is a significant and positive relationship between institutional environment and teacher performance at 4021 school in Ventanilla - Callao.

There were two questionnaries making a total 77 questions which allow to determine the degree of meidenful it also used systemiic approach to management the variable Educational Management and humanistic approach to measure organizational culture supported by Robbins ,the results demostrate the reability of both variables it stated in the results concluding in a precise way ,thus validatimng the Works done on the netwolrk Nª 7 Callao.

The study involved 74 teachers: 12 of primary level and 62 of secondary level of both genders, for morning and afternoon shifts, the age of participating teachers were between 23 and 50 years. To measure the practice of teaching values of the questionnaire was used practice of the values proposed by Cordova (2007) carried out on the same tests of validity and reliability for research purposes. Given the research design, the results allowed us to describe that teachers practice the values of honesty, respect, responsibility, solidarity and punctuality in a range from fair to excellent.

It is a descriptive type of a plan correlative and it applied in one of 50 teachers of secondary land 160 students of fourth and fifth grade of the same level, the instruments. That we applied the were two questionnaires for each variable and the stadistics results maintain demostrate that exists a significant relation between the clime institutional and the performance teacching of our technical educative institution Villa los Reyes of Ventanilla for the development of this present we applied the exam of Spearman and the figures of dispersion.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoSatisfacción laboral en docentes de primaria en instituciones educativas inclusivas - Región Callao(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2011) León Tazza, Bertha Angélica; Rimari Arias, Miguel ÁngelThe objective of this research was to identify the levels of job satisfaction in a sample of teachers at Inclusive Educational Institutions from the Region Callao, and segment results by institution, age and length of service. The sample consisted of 76 teachers. The design was descriptive, transversal and basic level. We used the job satisfaction scale designed by Sonia Palma (1999) to measure the job satisfaction variable and indicators, used instruments has a scale of 36 items and the instrument was applied to 20 Inclusive Educational Institutions. The results indicated high frequencies of partial dissatisfaction with a definite tendency to regular satisfaction in general. A more specific level of dissatisfaction is found in the older teachers and longer service.

The research is a correlational type. The study sample was applied a 45 teachers. The questionnaire was also applied to 205 parents to know their opinion to teacher performance of their teachers, a questionnaire to each variable of Likert scale. Whose data processing has allowed get the following results: -General level there is a relationship (0.537) significant between institutional climate and teachers performance. -Especific level there is a high relationship (0.504) and significant between institutional behavior in organizational capacity (0.448) in institutional dynamics (0.524).
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoPercepción de la comunidad sobre la calidad del servicio de una institución educativa de Ventanilla - Callao(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2012) Valera Gálvez, Jorge Luis; Bustamante Guerrero, Gilberto IndalecioEsta investigación de tipo no experimental y diseño descriptivo simple tuvo como propósito describir la calidad del servicio en el nivel secundario de una institución educativa de Ventanilla – Callao desde la percepción de la comunidad educativa conformada por docentes, padres de familia y estudiantes. Se aplicó una encuesta de calidad de servicio validada por juicio de expertos – V de AIken y con una confiabilidad de α de cronbach = .951 para los padres de familia, α de cronbach = .968 para los docentes y α de cronbach = .936 para los alumnos. Sus dimensiones en estudio fueron: institucional, administrativa, pedagógica y comunitaria. La muestra estuvo constituida por 43 docentes, 293 alumnos de los cinco grados del nivel secundario y 165 padres de familia. Se llegó a la conclusión que desde la percepción de los docentes, alumnos y padres de familia la calidad del servicio educativo es de nivel medio.

The participants were all the teachers of a public school of La Perla, constituting a sample not probabilistic available for a descriptive study - correlation. The Inventory of Baron's Emotional Intelligence adapted by Nelly Ugarriza in 2001 and the Scale of Climate Organizational of Sonia Palma were applied. The obtained results showed that yes, there is a positive correlation between both variables, pointing out that to Emotional Intelligence major level corresponds a better organizational climate.

The non-probabilistic sample consisted of sixty-six primary school teachers belonging to the classroom teaching innovation. We designed an instrument adapted from a guide Microsift computer materials and software evaluation module ILCE education. Among the most striking findings are: teachers, managers and administrative staff are partially integrating the use of educational software in their teaching work. Teachers consider relevant educational software in motivation as a key factor to achieve learning, the evaluation with the use of computing resources as a fundamental aspect to make timely decisions about teaching and learning processes and as a means of organization in the educational institutions of Callao.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoEstilos de liderazgo del director según percepción docente y autoevaluación del desempeño docente en una institución de Ventanilla(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2012) Idone Cochachi, Teodora Máxima; Meza Borja, Juan AnibalThe present investigation was to determine leadership styles as director and teacher perceptions of teacher performance self-assessment in an educational institution of Ventanilla. The investigation was conducted under the descriptive methodology. The sample is composed of 41 teachers, taken for study variables director leadership styles democratic, authoritarian, laissez faire and pedagogical skills, emotional, accountable performance of their job functions, relationships and results of educational work. For data collection a questionnaire was applied to other leadership styles and teacherperformance and validated. The reliability of the instrument of leadership styles coefficient obtained de.945 * Global Alpha, the teacher performance instrument obtained a Cronbach coefficient of 0.956. The results show that a (51.22%) of teachersare fairly in line with the democratic style and the responsibilities in the performance of his duties (41.4%) is in the middle. We conclude that the democratic leadership style director increases teacher participation in school activities.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoEl clima social familiar y las habilidades sociales de los alumnos de una institución educativa del Callao(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2012) Santos Páucar, Luis Alberto; Muñoz Salazar, José ManuelLa investigación tuvo como propósito establecer la relación entre el clima social familiar y las habilidades sociales en alumnos de una institución educativa del Callao. Con este fin fueron estudiados a través de un diseño de investigación descriptivo correlacional, 255 alumnos de 11 a 17 años seleccionados mediante una muestra no probabilístico de tipo disponible. Para evaluar la variable clima familiar se utilizó la escala de clima social en la familia de Moos, Moos y Trickett (2001) y para medir las habilidades sociales se aplicó un cuestionario de habilidades sociales de Goldtein, Sprafkin, Gershaw y Klein (1989), ambos instrumentos adaptados por Santos (2010) con validez y confiabilidad aceptables. Asimismo, para la relación de variables y dimensiones se utilizó la prueba de correlación r de Spearman. Los resultados de la investigación demuestran la existencia de una relación positiva y significativa entre ambas variables, concluyendo que los alumnos presentan niveles adecuados de clima familiar además de niveles avanzados y desarrollados con respecto a las habilidades sociales, los mismos que tiene relación directa con el clima familiar.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoComprensión lectora y pensamiento crítico en estudiantes de quinto de secundaria de una institución educativa militar - La Perla - Callao(Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, 2012) Barranzuela Yenque, José Isaías; Meza Borja, Juan Anibalhis investigation shows a correlational analysis among the reading comprehension and the critical thinking of students in fifth grade of secondary school from a military educational institution from La Perla (Callao), 153 students with ages among 14 and 18 years joined in this study. The sample that was utilized no is probabilistic of available type , as to it was taken as an analysis unit for the fifth grade students of secondary school. The investigation is descriptive correlational. The instruments used were: the Silva & Tapia’s Test of Reading Comprehension (1982) and the Milla’s Test of Critical Thinking Evaluation (2012). The obtained results: Low reading comprehension levels and high critical thinking levels. A little significant relation among both variables exists. Finding also significant relations among the reading comprehension and the critical thinking's dimensions that vary among 0,045 to 0,225. There were no significant differences for sections.

Were designed structured surveys to evaluate the variables and indicators, which were subject to expert opinion obtained approval being perfect in the calculation of the V Aikeen. When processing the results it was concluded exists relations moderate between the perception of education project and achieving organizational of results in the sample.
